Geodesic Dome 1968

​This dome is one of the very few buildings of this type in Australia.  Graham Harler was the Federal President of the Australian Architecture Students’ Association (AASA) and was instrumental in bringing Buckminster Fuller over to Perth for an AASA conference in 1966.  Soon after, several domes were constructed by Perth Technical College architecture students, and by Harler, including the ones still remaining at Curtin University and here in Beverley proving a point of difference.
